It was four-thirty in the afternoon and I was walking along the Shore Road. I saw this unbelievable sky. I snapped a photo of it and did a quick small colour sketch. From the sketch and the photo I was able to create this painting in the studio. It is larger than most of my work. It was so fun I think I would like to do more larger paintings.
