A Morning in Maine
Maine buildings have a special look and when the morning shadows fall on them they take on an aura of history about them. That is what I felt when I painted on the Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library lawn. I believe the day lilies are a Colonial flower so they have an historical meaning too.
