I took a wonderful plein air workshop with George Van Hook in early September. I learned a lot. There is so much to learn. That is the excitement of painting. The learning never ends. That is what keeps us going...the challenge. I believe it was Monet who said at the end of his life, "I think I'm beginning to get it."
